The founder note
I'll be honest: I'm not naturally organised. I lose track of things if they're not in front of me. So I build systems that keep track for me, simple enough that I'll actually use them on a busy day.
That's what I've done for a living at RAM Software Studio: taking messy workflows (paper, WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets nobody trusts) and turning them into something quick and obvious.
Scaffolding has more moving parts than most trades. Quotes, hire periods, extra hire, inspections, handovers, gangs on different sites and invoices that slip. When it lives in your head and a dozen chats, things get missed, and missed things cost money.
So I built Putlogic with input from people who've run scaffolding firms. I tested every screen against one question: would a busy owner or a lad on site actually use this?
It might feel a bit strange for the first week. Any new system does. But imagine knowing every scaffold that's standing, every inspection that's due and every invoice that's out, without ringing anyone. That's the point.
I'm a small Manchester company, so when you ring or WhatsApp, you get me. I set you up myself and I'm around when you need help.
