For Putlogic: £289 a month for everything, or £239 a month for our first 10 founding firms, capped at their first 24 months and reviewed yearly in line with CPI.

Founding places are for firms with up to 25 site staff and one yard (plus one smaller depot) when they join. If you grow, you keep your founding price for the rest of your 24 months and pay for extra site users at the standard rate. A founding place stays with your firm. It can only pass to a new owner if the whole firm is sold, and only with our written OK.
Office users quote, plan and invoice. Site users are your scaffolders, chargehands and drivers on the phone app.

Site users: Only site staff who sign in that month count. Your clients and anyone who has left don't count. Extra site users are charged in whole blocks of 10. We'll tell you before you go over. Workers who are only named on a RAMS and never sign in don't count.

3 office users and 25 site users are included. Extra office users are £15 a month each. Extra site users are £65 a month for each extra block of 10, and only site staff who sign in that month count.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is £2,890 a year (two months free), or £2,390 a year for founding firms. Annual billing is paid a year in advance. If you leave mid-year, it runs to the end of that year and isn't refunded.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
There's a one off setup fee of £325, which founding firms don't pay. There's no minimum term on monthly billing. To leave, give us 30 days' notice.
