Scaffolding software FAQ: Putlogic questions answered

It is software that runs a scaffolding firm from one place: quotes, jobs, gangs, hire, inspections, stock and invoicing. Putlogic is job management software built only for UK scaffolding firms, used in the office and on the phone on site.

Yes. Every quote carries its hire period and weekly extra hire rate, and the hire clock starts at handover. When the hire runs out, Putlogic tells you, drafts a note to your client and drafts the extension invoice. Weeks already billed can never be billed twice.

Quickly, on the phone. The inspection is done item by item on site, with photos, and saved as a PDF on the job. The handover certificate is signed on site and kept on the job too. Anything due or overdue, and any check due after high winds, shows in Needs attention. Each inspector's CISRS card number and expiry is on file, and everything is there when a main contractor asks for it.

Yes, and there's nothing to install. It works in the phone's browser. Nothing to download. 25 site users are included in the price. Your lads see only their own day: today's jobs, the van check, inspections, load sheets and adaptations to sign. Big buttons, a few taps, and they never see a price.

Yes. Every scaffold gets a tag with a written record strip and a QR code. Anyone on site can scan it to see whether it says Safe for use or Do not use, when it was last inspected and your phone number. Clients you invite also get their own portal: their scaffolds with the last check, next inspection and handover certificate, plus quotes to answer, invoices and adaptations to sign.

£289 a month, with no job caps, 3 office users and 25 site users included. Extra office users are £15 a month each. Extra site users are £65 a month for each extra 10, charged in whole blocks, and only site staff who sign in that month count. Pay annually and get two months free (£2,890 a year). There's a setup fee of £325, paid once. If you're one of our first 10 founding firms, it's £239 a month for your first 24 months, reviewed once a year in line with CPI with notice first. Then the standard price. Founding firms pay no setup fee, and it's £2,390 a year on annual billing. Standard prices are also reviewed once a year in line with CPI, always with notice first. Support is included at no extra charge.

Yes. Tell us what you need on your demo or by WhatsApp. Small improvements are included. A big new feature may cost extra each month. We'll tell you the price first, and you only add it if you want it. Founding firms keep their founding discount on new features.

Your data stays yours, under UK GDPR. Every firm has its own database, backed up nightly, and no other firm can ever see your jobs, customers or prices. You can download your jobs, customers and invoices as spreadsheets at any time, and we'll give you a full export free on request.

Yes. There's no minimum term on monthly billing. If Putlogic isn't right for you, give us 30 days' notice. Annual billing is paid a year in advance. If you leave mid-year, it runs to the end of that year and isn't refunded.
